Sr. Brand Manager (Hybrid) – Bellevue, WA Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + benefits Our client is scaling fast and investing in brand as a strategic growth engine. We’re hiring a Sr. Brand Manager to lead enterprise brand strategy—building wide recognition, deep trust, and consistent member preference across every touchpoint. If you’re a brand leader who blends data, creativity, and cross-functional influence, this is your stage. What you’ll own Brand architecture and positioning: Lead the evolution of brand architecture, value proposition, and messaging to ensure long-term relevance and emotional resonance. Enterprise brand strategy: Define and drive plans across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels, tightly aligned to business priorities and member needs. Brand investments: Own brand budget planning and management, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and measurable impact. Brand health and funnel metrics: Establish measurement, translate insights into strategy, and grow awareness, affinity, and engagement. Storytelling and campaigns: Lead breakthrough, integrated campaigns that elevate how current and future members connect with the brand. Agency leadership: Own the brand agency relationship—set the strategy, foster creative excellence, and deliver integrated work that moves the needle. Partnerships: Build a brand partnership strategy with like-minded organizations to drive co-branded campaigns, member value, and community impact. Social as a brand channel: Oversee social strategy to reflect brand values, deepen engagement, and amplify campaigns and partnerships. Cross-functional influence: Champion brand across the enterprise; collaborate with senior leaders to ensure a unified, impactful presence. Team leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team across brand strategy and execution, social media, and community relations. Executive partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner on brand evolution, positioning, and long-term growth. Culture: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, outcomes-driven team dynamic. People leadership Directly manage Brand, Community Relations, and Social teams. Develop talent and teams; improve processes; monitor quality; reduce costs; and deliver results against objectives. Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; resolve issues and lead change. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field—or equivalent experience. 6+ years in brand marketing, brand partnerships, brand media, and/or social strategy. 5+ years in supervisory or people leadership roles. Proven success leading cross-channel brand campaigns with in-house and agency creative partners. Experience in membership-based and customer-centric organizations. Your toolkit Expertise in brand health tracking, research methodologies, and performance reporting. Strategic, data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving. Strength in consumer and market insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns. Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator; protector of brand integrity. Strong project management; adept at leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Deep understanding of brand media, partnerships, and digital engagement.
