Area Medical Director at Midtown Veterinary Hospital , where you\'ll combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership. You\'ll lead the Midtown clinical team, mentor Associate DVMs, and collaborate with other hospital locations to share best practices. You\'ll have the opportunity to shape medical protocols, support our network expansion, and make a lasting impact on veterinary care while enjoying the innovation-rich community of Palo Alto. What Success Looks Like

Clinical Excellence: Establish and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care by implementing best practices, guiding medical protocols, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatment. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop our veterinary team through mentorship, training, and fostering a positive hospital culture where professionals feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Hospital Manager and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and make strategic decisions that enhance both patient care and hospital performance. Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvements to continuously elevate the level of medicine practiced at our hospital. Client Advocacy: Ensure exceptional client experiences by guiding communication standards, addressing complex cases or concerns, and fostering trust between our practice and the community we serve. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required Current state veterinary license in good standing Current DEA license required 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable Experience with practice management and team development is a plus How We\'ll Support You
