ServiceNow Technical Architect (ITSM Modules, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, Other Modules). Responsibilities

Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals Lead Implementation projects in ITXM area and non ITXM areas Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances Experience on ITSM migrations / consolidations Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation teams Ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices Lead technical design sessions and code reviews Strong work experience across projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements Review requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimation Maintain ITIL process knowledge and evaluate correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards Maintain and review license data in ServiceNow and proactively report on compliance slippage Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 Foundation Qualifications

Very good ITIL process knowledge Ability to evaluate and bring out correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards Experience in ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, and orchestrations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the customer environment for business and IT processes Collaborate with customers (Business and IT) to understand requirements (stated and unstated) Design and architect new implementations and development of ServiceNow applications Maintenance and enhancement of existing ServiceNow applications Ensure security and audit compliance aligns with standards/policy Provide guidance and thought leadership on the ServiceNow platform to customers and internal stakeholders Share best practices and guidance to customers and internal teams
