Director, M&A - Strategic Initiatives and Execution, Programmatic at Vantive. Reporting to the EVP & Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, this role partners with business and functional leaders to implement separation and integration plans and deliver cross-functional programmatic achievements across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Due Diligence: Co-lead due diligence on deals, analyzing operational, financial, and regulatory impacts. Provide integration/separation feasibility insight as part of overall deal evaluation. Design forward-looking separation or integration blueprints including operating models, governance, transitional service agreements (TSAs), value creation, and risk mitigation plans. Planning & Execution: Build and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver integration or separation milestones within scope, timeline, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, resource roadmaps, and regular performance updates. Capture synergy opportunities and monitor delivery to meet strategic targets. Governance & Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders, driving decision-making, transparency, and escalation management. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports tracking integration/separation status, risks, and objective achievement. Change & Risk Management: Identify cultural, operational, and system risks early; develop mitigation strategies and ensure Day 1 readiness. Monitor post-integration performance or separation execution using KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Capability Building & Mentorship: Mentor and develop team members and build internal integration/separation playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to drive organizational learning. Post-Deal Responsibilities: Support post-deal business reviews with business owners, review performance, and collaborate to improve execution on future transactions. Lead TSA governance and exit activities, TSA financials, and related metrics as required. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in M&A separation and integration, business operations, and/or program management within consulting or banking preferred. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive efficient process management; comfortable engaging VP and C-suite executives involved in deals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data and present concise executive summaries. Detail-oriented with strong process discipline in complex, matrixed environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and change-management skills. Experience managing TSAs and separation-specific constructs; experience in complex healthcare or highly regulated industries preferred; ability to navigate international regulatory and healthcare compliance landscapes preferred. Travel up to 20%. Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary for this position is $192,000 - $256,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
