Experience in financial services, particularly fintech or consumer lending. Partner with engineers, stakeholders, and security teams to develop innovative technologies that engage consumers. Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, leveraging SMART decomposition for highly complex products. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Drive Agile practice adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage backlogs supporting 2–3 Agile Scrum teams, ensuring efficient flow of ready features with cross-team dependencies. Support operational rollout of new software features and related business tasks aligned with release schedules. Act as product subject matter expert, supporting scope and requirements decisions. Analyze and prioritize product backlogs around defined business value in alignment with product vision. Collaborate with data scientists to extract insights and answer complex product questions. Work with architecture and development teams to ensure technical debt and long-term technical investments are integrated into the roadmap. Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MIS/BIS preferred) or equivalent experience. 6+ years of industry experience centered on Agile methodologies. Demonstrated experience delivering consumer-facing web and mobile products. Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition. Expertise in feature delivery, tradeoffs, and product prioritization. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and testing tools. Knowledge of consumer fraud mitigation tools and strategies. Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Aha, Rally, or equivalent). Skilled at uncovering hidden and non-functional requirements. Experience collaborating with UX teams to deliver forward-thinking solutions. Technical Skills

Strong understanding of platform technologies including security, performance optimization, and API integration. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, microservices, and product analytics. Advanced knowledge of technology stacks supporting assigned products. Proficient in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SAS, etc.). Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and protocols (REST, SOAP). Job Details
