Overview
Head of Analytics and Product Innovation. The Head of Analytics & Product Innovation will define Noble People's analytics agenda and lead the development of new agency products - from advanced measurement (MMM, attribution) to emerging service areas (performance, retail media, etc.). Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee the Data & Analytics team, ensuring insights are embedded into every stage of client work and translated into clear, actionable recommendations. Base pay range:

Define Noble People’s analytics agenda and lead the development of new agency products, from advanced measurement (MMM, attribution) to emerging service areas (performance, retail media, etc.). Oversee the Data & Analytics team and ensure insights are embedded into every stage of client work with clear, actionable recommendations. Design systems and approaches to scale the agency for bigger, more complex clients. Partner with Media Investment & Activation to define and scale Noble People’s biddable platforms capability, ensuring proper data frameworks and measurement standards. Create product packaging that makes analytics offerings repeatable and client-ready. Leverage AI to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient outcomes; identify, validate, and launch new products with commercial viability and strategic differentiation. Qualifications
15+ years in analytics or innovation roles within media, marketing, or advertising. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, attribution). Experience developing and scaling new offerings that drive client and agency growth. Strong leadership skills, with success building and mentoring high-performing teams. Ability to translate complex analytics and AI opportunities into simple, actionable insights for executives and clients. Benefits
