Basic Requirements Battle-tested experience: 3+ years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG Proven operational leadership in high-pressure, ambiguous environments Demonstrated excellence in either regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations Self-driven executor with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to travel approximately one week per month Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage AI tools for operational optimization About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
