Spearhead one core launch domain with full autonomy and decision-making power Drive cross-functional initiatives with direct access to key stakeholders and minimal bureaucracy Pioneer and field-test operational playbooks in real-time conditions Collaborate with founders and frontline teams to build launch-ready systems Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to boost operational efficiency What You Won’t Be Doing

The Ideal Candidate Profile: 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG Proven operational leadership in high-pressure, ambiguous environments Demonstrated excellence in regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations Self-driven executor with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to travel approximately one week per month Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage AI tools for operational optimization About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
