Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Financial Analyst to join our retail company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data and reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements, sales data, and operational metrics to identify trends and anomalies Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports Support the development of financial models to evaluate business performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in retail or consumer goods Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools (e.g., ERP systems, Tableau) Knowledge of retail industry metrics and operations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking Time management Confidentiality and integrity About You: At Rue Gilt Groupe, diversity enriches our passion, collaboration, kindness, and innovation.
