Immediately hiring a detail-driven
AP/AR Accountant
to support financial operations for a growing telecommunications company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, customer billing, and payment coordination
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance in all payables and receivables transactions
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of aging reports for both accounts payable and receivable, conducting regular reviews and reconciliations
Manage vendor and customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for payment inquiries and account resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Experience with real estate or Telecommunications preferred
2–5 years of experience in accounting
Proficient in Excel and GAAP
