Lead the end-to-end sourcing process (excluding final offer extensions) for high-impact roles, focusing on identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent. Develop targeted sourcing strategies by partnering with hiring managers and recruiters across English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking regions; use platforms like LinkedIn, niche job boards, and internal databases to proactively headhunt hard-to-find talent. Engage and evaluate talent through outreach, pre-screening, and interviews; summarize detailed candidate profiles with differentiators and actionable insights for hiring teams. Own the sourcing process lifecycle: review candidate queues, schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Conduct competitor analysis and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies; provide data-driven insights on industry trends, talent availability, and market dynamics. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs; nurture candidate relationships for a steady flow of high-quality prospects. Maintain meticulous records in ATS and sourcing tools; deliver regular updates on sourcing progress and key metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1–5 years of sourcing experience across diverse, non-technical functions, in-house or agency setting. Fluency in English and Mandarin required for frequent cross-border communication. Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search). Data-driven mindset with ability to generate and present actionable insights and reporting. Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting in high-growth or startup-like environments. Ability to navigate global, rapidly evolving organizations with adaptability and resilience. Experience supporting high-volume requisitions with regional stakeholder partnership. Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of an organization. Notes

Compensation: The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29-$50. Base pay is one part of the total package and may be eligible for bonuses and restricted stock units.
