Position Overview: The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in
California employment litigation, advice, and counseling . Responsibilities include: Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions. Representing clients in court appearances, arbitration proceedings, and government investigations. Drafting and responding to discovery requests, as well as preparing meet-and-confer letters. Defending employers in
individual and class action wage and hour matters , as well as
PAGA claims . Preparing and reviewing
employment and severance agreements, workplace policies, and Employee Handbooks . Key Requirements: 7–8 years
of experience in
labor and employment law , with a strong focus on California employment matters. Proven track record advising employers and defending complex litigation in both court and arbitration. Active member, in good standing, of the
California Bar
(or eligible for admission by waiver). This is an excellent opportunity to join a
