Vice President of Finance
to provide strategic financial leadership and help drive our long-term growth. Position Overview The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations, strategic planning, and corporate governance. This role will play a critical part in guiding the company through complex markets, capital investments, and growth initiatives within the steel sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and treasury functions. Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategies. Oversee
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
across all divisions. Drive
capital planning, investment analysis, and risk management . Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audits, and corporate governance requirements. Provide insights into
cost optimization, pricing models, and profitability improvements
within steelmaking, rolling, and distribution operations. Mentor and develop the finance team to strengthen organizational capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CPA preferred). 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Prior experience in the
steel, metals, or heavy manufacturing industries
strongly preferred. Expertise in
strategic planning, financial modeling, and corporate finance . Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
