Vice President of Finance What You’ll Do: Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing leader in their search for a Vice President of Finance. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s global financial planning and analysis strategy, treasury operations, and capital structure. The VP of Finance will drive liquidity management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation while partnering with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership to ensure the long-term financial health and agility of the enterprise. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team. Develop and execute financial strategies that support global growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value creation. Oversee global treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls while managing enterprise risk. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance and treasury leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level. Background in a multinational manufacturing or capital-intensive industry with oversight of multiple facilities. Proven success in treasury operations, capital markets transactions, and risk management strategies. Exceptional executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
