Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County as a Senior Director of Teen Programming. This role combines high-level program management, grant compliance, and community engagement to drive meaningful outcomes for at-risk youth. The Senior Director provides visionary leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the effective delivery of coordinated and trauma-informed services. They are accountable for the full program lifecycle while ensuring alignment with grant requirements, fiscal accountability, and organizational standards. The goal of BGCGTC Teen Programming is to positively impact the lives of teens who are at-risk by providing needs-based services and activities to aid in the reduction of violent crime in the City of Fort Worth. Define vision clearly and how to get there Execute strategy and consistently achieve results Coach team to improve performance, solve problems, and grow careers Work with leadership and management to assist in carrying out responsibilities on personnel matters. Grant Management
Accountable for the successful implementation and completion of grant and contract requirements Accountable for case management processes and outcomes for all locations Accountable for the utilization of the coordinated service delivery approach at each location Accountable for site programming coordination and supervision of services provided at all locations Program Design
Creation of the entire program to ensure deliverables are met and organizational compliance is achieved Internal & External Relationships
Accountable for building and maintaining external relationships, including partners, community, stakeholders, police department, and school districts Accountable for building and maintaining internal relationships and internal collaboration for the success of the program and organization Fiscal Stewardship
Effectively and efficiently manage the total program budget Ensure all spending is aligned with grant standards and organizational compliance Coordinate with Site Directors to ensure all spending is tied to outcomes and to ensure youth engagement in violence reduction programming Staff Development & Training
Creates a comprehensive plan for staff to have training that enhances their abilities to execute at the highest level Regularly facilitates staff development days that align with programmatic needs Administrative Compliance
Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting Comply with all administrative policies and procedures, processes, and controls Accountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entry Accountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly and effectively Transportation Of Members
Transport youth participants in compliance with safety guidelines to and from different services Accountable for operating vehicles in a safe and efficient manner Accountable for reporting incidents and completing documentation within required timelines Maintain discipline and de-escalate conflict between members and/or others Facility & Child Safety
Accountable for adherence to all organizational health and safety policies and implementation of all safety practices and procedures at assigned work location(s) Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect members, staff, equipment, materials, and facilities Accountable for reporting incidents and completing documentation within the required timeline Maintain discipline, de-escalate conflict between members and/or others Obtain and renew CPR and First Aid certification by the deadline Relationships
Be a positive role model Maintain emotional control and make good decisions under pressure Represent the Boys & Girls Club in a positive manner Attendance

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required (social service majors preferred) or commensurate experience in social services administration Experience with management, grant management, and fiscal responsibility Minimum 3 years of social service experience Minimum Requirements
Ability to work regular program hours, which include day, evening, and night hours, with periodic weekends Ability to attract, train, and retain qualified personnel Ability to plan, lead, and shape change and growth at the program level, resulting in tangible progress towards goals Must be a team player, willing to collaborate and make team decisions Ability to identify, create, and offer ongoing support to employees through training, encouragement, and reinforcement to breed success and support a positive growth culture Demonstrated success in networking and managing relationships with varied community stakeholders Knowledge of technology and software such as tablets, social media, cloud-based tools, and virtual meeting tools Must have experience in meeting and adapting to laws and regulations, including internal policies and procedures Experience in successfully meeting government-funded contracts with deliverables for performance Experience with strategic planning and strong execution skills Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Must be able to pass any required background screens and drug screens at any time Must have a satisfactory driving record, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance for the operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work productively with senior teams to coordinate on process and policy changes, training and enforcement Advanced ability to set and meet goals and to supervise staff directly and indirectly CPR/First Aid certified Knowledge of case management techniques Knowledge of program evaluation, data reporting systems, and performance management systems related to youth development programs Proven past success in meeting both fiscal and administrative requirements of grants (both governmental and private) Experience or knowledge of Boys & Girls Club movement (national and/or local) Bilingual Salary & Benefits
