Infosys is seeking an experienced Adaptive Insights Lead Consultant with strong leadership skills. The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. They will perform the role of Adaptive Insights lead and advisor, translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. The consultant should be able to work in an on-shore/off-shore model with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities. Responsibilities

Interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze processes. Translate business requirements to solution design; communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Work in an on-shore/off-shore model with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities. Provide production support: handle incidents and service requests resolution along with problem solving; support integrations from Adaptive Insights to other HR and finance systems; implement enhancements and process improvements. Consult with clients on budgeting and planning best practices; document business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements; support budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for finance. Analyze financial models and reports; respond to client support questions and requests via phone and email; interact with product vendors for support queries. Establish connections to various systems and build end-to-end integrations that extract, transform, and load data into Adaptive Insights; ensure data formatting and successful imports reconciled to source systems. Required Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 7+ years of Information Technology experience. 6+ years of experience in Adaptive Insights. Must have completed 2 or 3 projects implementing Adaptive Insights for finance planning. Techno-functional or functional resource; finance domain background. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with client users to understand requirements and craft solutions. Familiar with Adaptive tool components (attributes, dimensions, etc.). Production support experience: incident/service request resolution; experience with integrations to HR and finance systems. Ability to provide enhancements / process improvements on Adaptive Insights. Experience consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices; documenting business requirements and creating technical solutions with attention to detail. Supporting budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights; analyzing financial models and reports. Responding to client questions via phone and email; interacting with product vendors for support queries. Demonstrated ability to design alternatives for potential functional design issues. Ability to build end-to-end integrations that extract, transform, and load data into Adaptive Insights; ensure data formatting and reconciliation to source systems. Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Leverage prior EPM/CPM/ERP implementation and integration experience to advise on multi-application solutions. Problem solving in areas like network connectivity, Windows security, ETL, SQL, APIs, and programming logic. Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and development of use cases. Adherence to confidentiality requirements and working in a global delivery model. Educate and guide users on effective use of models, tools, and data. Provide technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products. Ability to communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams. The job may also entail sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
