Infosys is seeking an experienced
Oracle JDE Finance Functional Lead Consultant
with strong leadership skills. The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. They will perform the role of JDE Finance functional lead advisor. The consultant should have the ability to translate business requirements into solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. They should have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model, working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities. Responsibilities
Interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze processes as a JDE Finance functional lead advisor. Translate business requirements into solution design and communicate complex designs to stakeholders, seeking approvals. Work in an on-shore/off-shore model, collaborating with development and support teams across continents to manage delivery and drive automation opportunities. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent (work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree). At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to any of these areas. Travel in the US and Canada may be required. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. 6+ years of experience in JDE Finance as a functional consultant. Minimum 3 JDE Finance functional project experiences. In-depth knowledge of JDE Finance processes - AP, GL, Fixed assets; knowledge of setups and configuration for JDE Finance. Experience in implementation and support roles. Experience in onsite-offshore model. Ability to understand, elaborate and document requirements and create functional designs. Experience working with technical teams to understand functional approach and design. Preferred Qualifications
Experience on JDE EDI. Hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other team members. Ability to communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams. Gather and understand business requirements. Do As-Is and To-Be documentation for the requirements. Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and other related documents. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face. About Us
