Overview
Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is a dynamic law firm with a creditor’s rights practice. We are seeking attorneys licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, and/or West Virginia to join our team in our Financial Services Central Division, with offices in Ft. Wright, KY and Solon, OH, and plans to open an office in West Virginia. The role is based in a fast-paced environment and offers opportunities to work with a skilled support staff and to leverage innovative technology. Responsibilities
Representing clients effectively at hearings in multiple counties. Handling a significant mortgage default caseload in the licensed states. Drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Providing excellent customer service to the firm’s clients. Working closely with a highly trained support staff. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong business and legal judgment with analytical, organizational, and practical problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in a team environment, both in person and remotely. High quality verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the national mortgage servicing industry; familiarity with client software such as Black Knight, SSE, Tempo is a plus. Knowledge of secured creditor bankruptcy issues, or a willingness to learn. Outgoing personality with interaction skills for courts, clients, and team members. Detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and poise. Practical working knowledge of modern technology and the ability to use it effectively. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive culture. Ability to organize workload and manage cases in a rapid-paced environment. Strong understanding of the FDCPA, or willingness to learn. Highest ethical standards and a strong work ethic. Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to the practice of law in Kentucky, Ohio, and/or West Virginia. Admission to US District and Bankruptcy courts, or ability to obtain admission. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to court appearances and foreclosure sales in designated areas. Three to five years of experience in real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and/or other creditor rights practice areas is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be willing to submit to and pass a background check and drug test. Benefits and Work Environment
