Provide expert, strategic, and purposeful insights and guidance to the CFO and executive team in the areas of liability management, interest rate risks, liquidity, cash flow, investments, and pricing. Analyze market trends and assess risks and impacts of economic conditions on the credit union’s financial health. Provide direction and recommendations on Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies to mitigate risks, optimize income and cash flow, achieve target net interest margins (NIM), and achieve investment objectives. Participate in ALM meetings and discussions; provide insights to align ALM framework with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead or participate in internal pricing committee meetings; analyze market trends to forecast pricing model outcomes; make recommendations for loan and deposit pricing. Monitor daily cash flows, prepare forecasts, analyze trends, and identify potential issues; manage liquidity and interest rate risk (IRR) in line with NCUA guidance. Maintain cash flow projections and funding vehicles to ensure funds are available to meet identified needs. Monitor the investment portfolio and provide timely updates to the CFO; select investments in line with economic conditions, risk tolerance, and liquidity objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership across Treasury, Lending, Finance, and Enterprise Risk Management to support strategic objectives. Lead or support the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) and provide data to support informed decision making and accountability for assets and liabilities. Provide support during regulatory examinations and audits as needed. Communicate the credit union’s strategic goals clearly; participate in industry conferences when relevant. Maintain strong written and verbal communication; convey confidence and drive action when presenting to the board, committees, or senior leadership. Comply with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations related to this position. Travel up to 15% overnight and on weekends as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field Five to eight years’ work experience in asset liability management, market risk, treasury, or finance in a financial institution Advanced proficiency in ALM and risk management tools and software Preferred Education and/or Experience: A master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field Ten years’ work experience in asset liability management, market risk, treasury, or finance in a credit union Job-specific certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CPA, MLARM, CFRP) 5 years in a credit union leadership role with liquidity, cash flow, economic and market risk management oversight Physical & Equal Opportunity
