Job Description
LinkedIn Partnership Studio is LinkedIn’s end-to-end marketing shop dedicated to helping B2B brands achieve their business objectives by maximizing the power of LinkedIn. Combining LinkedIn’s brand, IP, data, and experiences with its scale as the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn Partnership Studio creates innovative, high-impact partnerships that drive measurable results. LinkedIn Partnership Studio is seeking a Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting marketing partnerships from pitch to activation—ensuring seamless execution, operational rigor, and effective communication. You’ll collaborate closely with Partnership Studio Leads, Sales, clients, and cross-functional partners to develop and execute compelling partnership solutions. Responsibilities
Lead proactive & responsive pitches: Develop compelling insights-driven partnership proposals - both proactively and in response to RFPs - tailored to customer challenges and objectives to enable Sales to secure incremental revenue. Manage vetting, approvals, and logistics: Oversee the evaluation and negotiation of partnership concepts, elements, and production costs across internal partners, ensuring projects move forward seamlessly. Project management: Drive timelines, deliverables, and milestones across internal and external teams, ensuring all activations are executed on time and at a high standard. Present to customers: Pitch proposals directly to customers and agency partners with confidence, clarity, and compelling customized collateral to accelerate deal commitment. Lead activations: Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal and external communications for partnership activations and collaborate on executing high-touch partnerships. Manage production: Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce custom, advertorial, and co-branded content, including managing on-set productions with clients and agency partners. Support partnership solutions portfolio: Contribute to the development and operationalization of new monetizable partnership solutions across LinkedIn’s ecosystem. Manage GTM collateral: Build, organize, and maintain LinkedIn Partnership Studio’s GTM collateral and foundations, including pitch decks, one sheets, templates, case studies, and sales enablement resources. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising with a combination of experience in integrated or ad sales marketing, ad sales, production, communications, brand marketing, and/or project management Experience in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) Preferred Qualifications BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, production, or a related field Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service and solutions-oriented attitude Strong understanding of digital/social landscape and user experiences Experience collaborating with diverse array of stakeholders Experience with content production lifecycle, particularly branded and sponsored content Experience communicating with and managing clients and advertising agencies Avid social and digital content consumer Knowledge of and passion for pop culture and media Familiarity with LinkedIn’s advertising solutions and overall advertising model and broader social media and digital advertising landscape Additional Information
