Chief Financial Officer, Keck Medical Center Reporting directly to the CFO of Keck Medicine of USC, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Keck Medical Center serves as the senior-most finance executive for the medical center, which includes both Keck Hospital and USC Norris Cancer Hospital. This strategic and operational leader will oversee all core financial functions under a shared service model, including accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle, decision support, and fund flows with the Keck School of Medicine. The CFO will serve as a financial advisor and strategic partner to the Keck Medical Center CEO and will be an integral member of the medical center’s executive leadership team. They will drive the annual operating and capital budget processes, guide long-term financial planning, and help oversee performance benchmarks and predictive analytics. A Director of Finance and two Financial Analysts will report into this role. The CFO will also participate in system-wide committees and strategic initiatives in collaboration with USC Care and other stakeholders. Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Health Administration, Public Administration, or related field is required. Master’s degree in a related field is required. At least 10 years of progressive financial healthcare management experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a senior or executive level. Experience in multi-hospital systems is required, with strong preference for academic health system experience. Direct experience with physician group practices and faculty practice plans. CPA certification preferred. Must complete Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) within 30 days of hire if applicable. Compensation

For the selected candidate, a complete and competitive compensation package will be offered which includes a salary target of $500,000 +/- dependent upon experience, incentive compensation, and a full suite of benefits. Additional Details
