medical malpractice defense
practice group for an
attorney with 3-5 years of experience
in all phases of litigation defense. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key attributes for this position. The ideal candidate
must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois , have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong advocacy skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage file through litigation process independently and as a part of the case team. Conduct fact investigations. Handle document productions and other discovery tasks. Preparation of witnesses for deposition. Taking and defending depositions. Review, summarize and analyze medical records. Assist with juror research. Court hearing preparation.
