The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing recruitment support for all openings across our portfolio of businesses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining candidate relationships, coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers (Video, Live, Phone, and Skills-Checks), setting up candidate tours of our medical facilities as needed, coordinating job fairs or networking events with Talent Acquisition, maintaining a high level of white-glove service for internal staff, coordinating candidate-related travel for interviews, and working within our Workday Applicant Tracking System. This role is a nationally facing opportunity, supporting up to 200 requisitions at any time and managing an interview caseload of up to 50 concurrently. There are 3 Talent Acquisition Coordinators on the immediate team and 5 Talent Acquisition Specialists supported. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for interview scheduling coordination between hiring managers and candidates. Check all assigned incoming email boxes and voicemail daily; process high-volume administrative interview activity. Work in an Applicant Tracking System daily to ensure candidates are immediately processed and dispositioned appropriately. Ensure candidates are promptly delivered to Hiring Managers for scheduled interviews as needed. Enter candidate or interview-related details in the ATS with accuracy for reporting. Participate in routine staffing meetings as needed. Comfortable in a structured, automated process environment utilizing Workday ATS. Comfortable in a metric-driven environment (e.g., time in process, recruitment time to fill, interview accuracy, SLAs like 24-hour outreach). Identify areas of concern from a recruitment standpoint and escalate to Recruiters or the Director of Talent Acquisition. Provide timely feedback to the Recruiter team and maintain a high level of customer service. Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Open to change and the ability to implement change quickly and effectively. Ability to interact professionally and represent ChenMed and the Talent Acquisition department positively with associates and candidates. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple candidates simultaneously in various recruitment stages. Ability to work independently, follow directions, and solve problems. Ability to work variable and flexible hours. Education And Experience Criteria
Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred. One year or more of processing a high volume of administrative interview scheduling transactions. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth Recruiting Department (agency or in-house). Workday ATS experience or another applicant tracking system. Prior experience in a shared services environment is a plus. Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
