Aloha! One of Hawaii's main telecom companies is seeking a Project Analyst to join their team. This role will primarily support telecom engineering projects through planning, coordination, and administrative tasks. Top Skills

Send engineering drawings for printing and distribution. Help route bills of materials (BOMs) for quotes, internal requests, and purchase orders. Project Coordination Duties
Confirm delivery of materials with receiving teams and update SAP records. Organize and consolidate materials from multiple orders for deployment. Schedule project kick-off meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Coordinate monthly project schedules across islands, ensuring: Site readiness (permits, access, safety, vegetation clearing, etc.). Material delivery. Submit required documentation (LHOs, Holdoffs) based on project needs. Notify operations center (NOSC) of upcoming work and arrange outage windows if needed. Arrange safety and substation entry training for contractors. Travel to outer islands as needed. Project Analyst Support
Share updates and reports with engineers (e.g., dashboard, forecasts, accruals). Pull data for project planning (drawings, material orders, kickoff dates). Assist with creating reports for budget approvals. Set up projects and work orders in SAP. Generate service invoice entries (SES). Occasionally help update internal systems (UI). Travel to outer islands as needed. Contract Duration
