Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on
Head of Sales
to lead and scale the sales organization. You’ll drive revenue growth, build a 15+ person team, and own full GTM execution while working closely with the CEO and leadership team. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth with clear quarterly and annual targets Build and mentor a team of 15+ Account Executives and BDRs Lead complex enterprise sales processes and close high-value deals Collaborate cross-functionally on GTM strategy Manage forecasting, analytics, and CRM for pipeline visibility Requirements Proven leadership at high-growth enterprise software startups (Series B+, $20M+ ARR) Experience scaling sales teams from 10 to 30+ employees Track record of closing 6-figure technical deals (APIs, Voice AI, LLMs) Strong individual contributor background before moving into leadership Comfortable engaging technical buyers and leading product discussions Excellent communication and mentoring skills Must be based on the East Coast or willing to relocate EOE: Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
