Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative and operational support to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate key initiatives, prepare executive-level communications, and act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Proactively anticipate needs and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings, presentations, and events. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO, leadership team, clients, and other stakeholders. Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, requests), ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda development, logistics, minutes, and follow-up actions. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO. Track and monitor progress on key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision-making. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Represent the CEO with professionalism and diplomacy at all times. Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organization is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.). Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful mindset. High level of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence. Employment Details
