Responsibilities

40% - Warehouse and Inventory Management

Ensure the success of warehouse and inventory management plan nationwide

Utilize existing and future inventory management tools to meet accounting commitments

Maintain up-to-date and accurate account of all inventory within NetSuite ERP

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory

Improve inventory management reporting for PowerFlex operated warehouses (Mountain View, Los Angeles) and coordinate reporting with local teams

Handle all equipment allocations, Sales Order creation, and item fulfillment to Jobs

Ensure projects are supported with just-in-time delivery of warehoused equipment and materials

30% - Logistics & Supply Chain Third-Party Management

Own relationship & operations with third-party warehousing & shipping companies

Facilitate all inbound/outbound deliveries and monthly reconciliations

Run competitive analyses of supply chain partners & reduce overall costs of supply chain services

Analyze shipping and handling costs of project deliveries and identify cost effective improvements

Report out quarterly effectiveness of Logistics partners

25% - Supply Chain Processes, Data Analysis and Recordkeeping

Develop processes and identified solutions to improve interdepartmental collaboration

Perform ad hoc analyses of allocations, special orders, and inventory buys to optimize stock levels

Integrate departmental data for efficient capture and dissemination

5% - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management or related field

3-5 years of experience in inventory management, vendor communication, and bulk material purchasing

Experience with ERP systems & Warehouse Management Systems

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Passion and deep interest in learning and mastering concepts in renewable energy, solar energy, EV charging, and battery storage systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete tasks efficiently

Self-starter who can complete tasks and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

Competent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Ability to work collaboratively with others

Highly proficient in data reporting & analysis

Familiarity with Netsuite, Procore & Salesforce a plus

Compensation The pay range for this position is $78,660 - $96,140 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Physical Requirements Remaining in a seated position. Long hours on computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

Working Conditions Approximately 90% of the time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe etc.), telephones, and general office equipment. Possibly 10% of the time is spent traveling to conferences or meetings or field traveling to project sites.
