Senior Director of Sales & Business Development

to grow our U.S. presence in HLS. This

role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who thrives in high-impact, high-reward environments. Key Responsibilities

Act as a hunter—identify, pursue, and close new business across Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts in the U.S. Drive revenue growth across three core service offerings:

Product Engineering Services (hardware and embedded software for medical devices) Digital Services & Solutions (connected health, IoT, data analytics, AI) Quality & Regulatory Services (compliance, risk management, regulatory support)

Lead end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development to deal closure Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and pricing structures with strategic clients Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and targeted outreach Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing to ensure smooth handoff and execution Represent Cyient with professionalism, integrity, and leadership in every client interaction What You Bring

Must-Haves: 10+ years of experience in solutions/services sales within Healthcare & Life Sciences Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets Expertise in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and legal agreements Strong network of relationships at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels Experience selling to and partnering with large engineering and product development teams (100+ people) Proven ability to build and leverage ecosystem partnerships to drive growth Technical & Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic hardware, and software development Familiarity with IoT & Analytics—from sensor data to cloud-based insights Experience with Silicon/ASIC development Knowledge of Quality & Regulatory requirements in MedTech and digital health Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mathematics (Electrical/Electronics preferred) MBA preferred Key Traits: High emotional intelligence and strong executive presence Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a strong internal drive to succeed Able to work effectively across multinational and multicultural environments Strong organizational and project management capabilities Cyient is an equal opportunities employer.
