Position Summary
Marketing is at the core of our decision-making. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be a key contributor across strategy, advertising, media, and agency management. You should be creative, action-oriented, passionate about social media, and able to work across teams to move multiple projects forward. You will partner with creative talent to activate the brand, deepen emotional connections, and drive leadership in value, convenience, and taste. You will be encouraged to think differently about advertising and to inspire others to do the same. Key Components of the Role
Support breakthrough communications that build brand equity and long-term growth Help execute end-to-end creative strategy Support creative brief development for external collaborators, including defining the business problem Help identify best ideas for development Lead agency discussions and provide feedback to the agency Think strategically across the full marketing mix with focus on emerging platforms Support reporting on activation performance Collaborate with category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners to move ideas from concept to reality Lead discussions during presentations with senior leadership Coordinate cross-agency teams to extend campaigns across channels Advocate for consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy Assess data to inform strategies and measure in-market results Deliver creative work and activations on time and on budget Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a related field (marketing preferred) Strong ability to turn analysis into actionable insights Curiosity about consumer culture, interests, attitudes and trends Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Critical thinking, self-starter with ability to balance priorities Collaborative with a sense of urgency and ability to relay updates clearly Our Total Rewards philosophy provides a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs to support a diverse workforce and their families. $88,000.00 - $110,000.00 Bonus:
