Business Development Manager at EDS , you'll take the lead in growing our footprint in the
Charlotte, NC market , with a focus on
commercial real estate and healthcare . You'll be the go-to expert for facility managers, GCs, and healthcare decision-makers, helping them solve urgent problems with long-term solutions in
emergency remediation, restoration, and specialty cleaning . If you're a confident, strategic, and driven professional who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and delivering real results, this could be your next big move. Key Responsibilities Generate, manage, and convert leads that support local revenue goals Represent EDS as the primary point of contact in the Charlotte market Build trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and upsell opportunities Attend industry events and networking functions to grow visibility and pipeline Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless handoffs and client success Write and deliver professional, solutions-focused proposals Track all sales activity and progress in CRM Remain available to support urgent prospect and client needs (on-call as required) You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Full-Time | On-call availability (M–F + nights/weekends as needed) Base Salary:
$80,000–$90,000 Total Comp Estimate:
$95,000–$105,000 (including bonuses) Travel:
