This role is based in our Boca Raton, FL or NYC offices. About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Head of Audience Marketing to lead our growing portfolio of longevity-focused events, featuring prestigious brands including A4M and the Global Longevity Summit. In this role you will oversee audience development strategies across both B2B and B2C longevity events, driving attendance growth and enhancing audience engagement. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive audience marketing strategies for longevity events, including the Global Longevity Summit and related conferences Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both professional audiences (healthcare innovators, scientists, investors) and consumer audiences interested in preventive medicine and longevity Analyze audience data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth across different market segments Collaborate with content teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with event programming and resonates with target audiences Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers in the longevity space Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and attendance growth Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising Develop audience personas and journey maps to inform targeted marketing approaches Lead and build a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence Lead with curiosity to identify clever AI and automation tools to enhance capabilities within the team Ensure that compelling value propositions are crafted for all events, through individual contribution and working in partnership with event directors, content team and other marketers. Develop and implement innovative and aggressive pricing strategies to maximize yield and audience revenue on all events. Maintain a strong focus on the specifics of SEO, CRO and overall, on Campaign Optimization. The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing approaches to reach diverse audiences interested in longevity science and preventive medicine. You'll be passionate about building meaningful connections between our events and global experts who share a commitment to advancing preventive medicine and longevity science. Your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly to market changes will be essential in this role. Qualifications
Proven experience in audience marketing for events, with a track record of driving attendance growth Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related fields Strong understanding of the longevity sector, preventive medicine, or healthcare innovation landscape Exceptional creative thinking abilities with a talent for developing compelling marketing narratives Data-driven approach to marketing with experience using analytics to inform strategy Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members Outstanding project management abilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Additional Information
