24-hour call coverage -- out of house, 7am - 7am 1 - 5 patients per day -- nursery and 0 - 3 pediatric patients Hospital-based practice High risk deliveries and ED consults Level 1 nursery with low medical/surgical census Circumcisions preferred but not required Benefits
