Seven Executive is proud to be partnered with an extremely high-growth PE-backed Pest Control/Lawn Care organization who are looking for their next GM to manage three locations across the DFW Metroplex with a team of 50+ FTE and revenues exceeding $10m. They are seeking a dynamic GM to lead a talented team, drive performance across all areas of the business, raise the average, and have a hands-on leader who has a proven track record in building high-performing teams, growing revenue, expanding customer relationships, and delivering strong results. Key Responsibilities: Business & P&L Leadership:
Own the business end-to-end: P&L, budget, KPIs, and results. Operations:
Build scalable processes that ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Leverage data and systems to track performance and pivot quickly. Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and development. Customer & Market:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and strengthen relationships. Identify opportunities for growth through service expansion or acquisitions. Qualifications: 5–7 years in a senior leadership or GM role, ideally in home services. Proven experience managing a $5M–$25M business. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Skills: Inspirational people leader and culture builder. Strong financial and operational acumen. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Customer-focused with a record of delivering results. Strategic, growth-oriented mindset. Success Looks Like Industry-leading customer satisfaction and retention. Sustainable revenue and profitability growth. Strong leadership bench and succession pipeline. KPI-driven operational excellence. A high-performance, engaged, and resilient team. Compensation Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 + strong bonus, 401k pension and leading benefits.
