We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join an award-winning engineering company in Baltimore, MD! Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget Design and develop mechanical systems in compliance with industry standards Perform engineering calculations and simulations to support designs and optimize system performance Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on design and system selection Oversee quality control, ensuring designs meet functional and safety standards Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering professional development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, electrical, civil) to deliver integrated solutions Resolve complex technical issues during the design, installation, and operational phases Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into system designs Prepare reports, specifications, and progress updates for clients and internal teams Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects Ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout project phases Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and coordination of complex systems Competency in BIM software including Revit MEP and AutoCAD Knowledge of fire protection systems Experience of project and client management P.E License required LEED Accreditation preferred Salary:

Between $120,000 to $150,000 per annum dependent on experience Seniority level
