Rhone is seeking a Wholesale Marketing Manager to connect our brand and product storytelling with key wholesale partners, ensuring consistency, premium execution, and impact across all channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Wholesale, Product, Merchandising, and Creative to ensure our wholesale partners are equipped with best-in-class tools and assets that drive awareness and sell-through. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and strategic wholesale marketer in apparel or consumer goods. You bring proven expertise in account marketing, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to translate brand vision into tailored, partner-specific initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Drive seasonal wholesale marketing by aligning brand campaigns with account needs, delivering tailored toolkits, assets, and storytelling. Partner with Merchandising & Product teams to prioritize seasonal strategies and provide sell-in/sell-through tools. Lead trade show marketing, including booth design, collateral, and on-site activations, ensuring a premium brand experience. Execute wholesale-driven events, pop-ups, and shop-in-shop activations in partnership with Sales and Brand teams. Manage wholesale-specific advertising and co-funded media programs with Paid Media; track and report ROI. Develop product knowledge materials (videos, decks, training tools) to support wholesale sales enablement. Oversee seasonal asset management in DAM and create co-branded collateral with Creative while maintaining brand integrity. Support in-store execution through merchandising strategies, activations, and key retail moments (holiday, back-to-school, sports). Act as primary liaison across Wholesale, Brand, Creative, Paid Media, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure alignment. Manage agency/vendor partnerships and oversee wholesale marketing budgets. Qualifications

5+ years of wholesale marketing experience in apparel or consumer goods (required). Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across teams and timelines. Exceptional communication, presentation and collaboration skills; comfortable working across executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of products. You are a self-starter capable of operating semi-autonomously but always collaboratively. Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed, and have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
