$325,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr Private Credit Vice President A North Carolina-based Private Credit firm is seeking a Vice President to join its growing team. The firm invests in middle-market companies and manages over a billion in committed capital. With an industry-agnostic approach, this opportunity offers broad exposure across sectors including business services, consumer, industrials, and manufacturing. As a Vice President, you will play a key leadership role on a lean deal team, with significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of market and industry research to support investment theses Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and return analyses for potential investments Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with third-party advisors Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee Monitor and support portfolio companies post-close, including board participation and strategic initiatives Mentor and manage junior team members Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience, including Investment Banking (M&A) and/or Private Credit or Private Equity investing Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree a plus Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills (modeling test required) Proven ability to lead transactions and manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic Prior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, industrials, manufacturing, and/or consumer preferred Seniority level
