Leasing Specialist - Multifamily Residential at JLL. This role focuses on leasing apartments, maximizing occupancy and rental rates, and complying with JLL policies and relevant laws, including Fair Housing and Equal Employment laws. Fosters service standards for residents, clients, and associates. Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units, and common areas meet readiness standards daily and report deficiencies to the property manager. Maintain detailed knowledge of surrounding local market and conditions; contact and shop competitors and complete market surveys weekly. Assist marketing team to maximize lead generation and manage customer acquisition costs. Develop marketing plans with advertising, internet outreach, referrals, and cost-effective techniques to increase visibility and profitability; post regularly on social media; coordinate resident events; conduct neighborhood outreach. Present property, models, vacant units, and amenities professionally; execute sales and closing techniques, including prospect follow up. Manage the rental process from inquiry to move-in: respond to inquiries, schedule onsite appointments, input guest cards into property management software, process rental applications, verify information, submit to manager for approval, notify prospects of results, and prepare lease and addenda for new move-ins. Manage move-in process: arrange lease signing, provide move-in information, inspect apartment and report deficiencies. Respond to resident inquiries; document and communicate work order requests; follow up to ensure resident satisfaction. Assist with other resident-related functions (move outs, transfers, work orders, concerns/complaints) via phone and in person. Assist Property Manager in meeting standards for grounds, safety, cleanliness, and general appearance of the property. Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience

At least one year of sales and/or customer relations experience. Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage) or other similar software. Skills and abilities

Excellent customer service with high professionalism. Strong grasp of modern technology and its day-to-day use. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation. General office and sales skills; excellent oral and written communication; attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team; build relationships with business partners. Desire to work in a diverse, collaborative, and driven environment; positive, professional attitude; proactive and takes initiative; maintain confidentiality and sound judgment. Other

Regular attendance is essential. May require varying schedules; attendance at scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards. Must comply with company rules and regulations.
