Supervise staff and analyze sites to ensure projects are managed efficiently and administratively sound. Analyze and manage project resources, including project management staff, technical staff (geological, engineering, legal, public participation, CEQA), and project budgets from grants, direct site cleanup funds, and Voluntary Cleanup Agreements. Train and assist staff in identifying potential project delays and develop solutions to resolve delays and issues. Coordinate with other DTSC programs and implement applicable agency requirements for sites. Review, evaluate, and approve technical work related to site investigation and cleanup. Oversee and ensure compliance with DTSC Health and Safety policies and procedures by staff. Desirable Qualifications
