Telecommunications Project Leader
to join a design services company for mission critical systems. This is based in the
DC Metro area with job sites throughout Northern VA, DC, and southern MD. Essential Duties of the
Telecommunications Project Leader: Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems. Assisting the project Superintendent and Engineering in the preparation of project documentation requirements, project layout, and field office support. Preparing a design/build project estimate based on design criteria. Meeting with customers to present proposals and cost estimates. Coordinating the acquisition of all materials, monitoring tools and equipment requirements with the project team and the warehouse. Overall financial management of the project (s) including cash flow and manpower needs. Qualifications of the
Telecommunications Project Leader: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in construction specific to telecommunications. Require understanding/knowledge of Telecommunication Systems including Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling, CCTV, OSP & ISP Copper, along with DAS. Required knowledge within construction low-voltage functions including self-perform contracting, field coordination efforts, maintenance of schedule & prioritization of deliverable deadlines tied to each specialty-trade simultaneously. Experience leading diverse teams & projects with construction budgets valued between $500K - $10M+ in Telecommunication Scopes. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance in the future. Compensation for the
Telecommunications Project Leader: $100,000 - $180,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays This job opens for applications on 9/23/2025.
