We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our team at the Campbell Clinic, a Medicare / Medicaid Certified Rural Health Clinic owned and operated by the Parker County Hospital District. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan—from children to adults to seniors—with a strong focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and community-based care. This role is vital to improving access to quality healthcare in an underserved rural community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Conduct routine wellness exams, well-child visits, sports physicals, women’s health, and Medicare annual wellness visits. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic health conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and imaging studies. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment and management plans. Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and healthy lifestyle practices. Collaborate with nurses, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, and specialty providers to coordinate care. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and population health initiatives relevant to a rural health setting. QUALIFICATIONS:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine. Current, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain). DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances. Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in a community-based healthcare setting. Comfort and competence with pediatric through geriatric care. Knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and preventive medicine. Familiarity with the challenges of the underserved, including limited resources and barriers to care.
