Lead all financial strategy, planning, and operations Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls Partner with the CEO and Board on long-term financial planning Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support mission growth Supervise and develop finance staff, ensuring operational excellence Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit regulatory requirements Qualifications
