This position plays a critical role in supporting daily financial operations-including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and compliance reporting-and contributes to broader financial process improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and accurately allocate expenses
- Prepare and maintain documentation for monthly sales tax and annual business tax filings
- Support associate expense reporting activities as needed
- Process outgoing payments in alignment with financial policies and procedures
- Manage daily invoicing of customer shipments (accounts receivable)
- Handle incoming payments, including credit card transactions and cash receipts
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
