Sherwin-Williams is creating an enterprise studio at our new Cleveland Headquarters. We're looking for a talented professional to help lead and direct this new space. The Director of the Enterprise Studio will lead execution for photo and video ideation, photo execution, and video filming and editing across the Sherwin-Williams enterprise. It is an opportunity to create something from the ground up. The right candidate for this role must be a self-starter driven by strong creative vision and continuous process improvement mindset that combines fast turnaround times with effective, impactful, brand-driven visual storytelling and communications. This professional must be comfortable working with leaders at all levels within the organization, including directly with C-suite. They will be responsible for ensuring proper use of the brand, direct and lead execution of all photography and video shoots and manage final deliverables for the enterprise.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Recruit and develop production team through mentoring, sharing best practices and providing creative opportunities. Develop in-house resources to capture photography as well as shoot and edit videos. Manage photo and video production for the enterprise and its groups, divisions, oversee the management of the Studio, guiding all stages of the creative process from concept to finished product. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and internal customers across the enterprise, taking business objectives through creative development to create effective and high-quality products. Managing the financial aspects of a project, including maintaining project budgets and accounting for expenditures. Lead the Enterprise Studio team on photo and video shoots, planning, using and directing lighting, sound and camera operation. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Production or equivalent. 8+ years of video production experience, including camera operation, lighting, audio and editing. 3+ years of experience in photography. 5+ years of experience creating, leading and managing a team. Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal skills.
