What You’ll Do:

Oversee property accounting, financial reporting, and lease maintenance

Manage loan compliance, lender reports, and cash flow

Work with third‑party teams to ensure accounting accuracy

Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and tax‑related accounting

What You Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business

5+ years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred)

Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax accounting, and financial reporting

Proficiency in financial software (MRI preferred)
