We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our healthcare support team. The role involves confirming and scheduling appointments for our dental clinics, while maintaining exceptional customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
Confirm and schedule appointments for dental clinics.
Maintain high-quality customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.
Accurately confirm appointments and perform data entry tasks.
Update patient information as required.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Assist in tray set-up for dentists.
Essential Skills
Experience in customer service and call center environments.
Proficiency in scheduling and handling appointments within the healthcare sector.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Familiarity with electronic health records.
Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare-related roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical or dental assisting diploma or CNA license preferred.
Work Environment
This position operates within a call center environment, providing you with a headset for efficient communication. You will be part of a large medical group that offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive training program. The role promises a collaborative and supportive work culture.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
