Patient Access Navigator
Job Description
Join our team as a Patient Access Navigator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinics. You will be responsible for confirming and scheduling appointments, maintaining excellent customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers, and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Confirm and schedule appointments for medical clinics.
Maintain customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.
Confirm appointments and update patient information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Perform data entry tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in customer service and call center environments.
Proficiency in scheduling appointments and patient care.
Familiarity with healthcare and medical assisting.
Ability to work with electronic health records.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6 months or more of healthcare experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical or dental assisting diploma or CNA license preferred.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic call center environment and will be provided with a headset. This role is part of a large medical group offering growth opportunities and a comprehensive training program.

This is a Contract to Hire position based in Santa Barbara, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
