Job Details

  • Location: Birmingham, AL
  • Employment Type: Full Time (Onsite)
  • Work Schedule: Monday & Thursday (11 AM - 6 PM), Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (7 AM - 3 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Billing & Insurance Processing: Handle patient billing, process payments, and verify insurance details.
  • Phone & Scheduling: Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
  • Paperwork & Documentation: Manage medical paperwork, patient records, and ensure compliance with clinic procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, data entry, and correspondence as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Experience with medical billing and paperwork processing.
  • Proficiency with ChiroTouch software (training available).
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
