- Work Schedule: Monday & Thursday (11 AM - 6 PM), Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (7 AM - 3 PM)
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and maintain an organized reception area.
- Billing & Insurance Processing: Handle patient billing, process payments, and verify insurance details.
- Phone & Scheduling: Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
- Paperwork & Documentation: Manage medical paperwork, patient records, and ensure compliance with clinic procedures.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, data entry, and correspondence as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with medical billing and paperwork processing.
- Proficiency with ChiroTouch software (training available).
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
