Hours, Location and Work Environment
- Monday – Friday day shift with rotating Saturdays
- Normal work location: landfill facility in Naples, FL
- Stable hours aimed at providing work-life balance and financial security
What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders) in compliance with safety policies
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance; maintain records
- Move and position raw materials and finished components with material-moving equipment
- Follow SOPs for operating and maintaining vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need to Be Considered
- 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
Desired Qualities
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for safety guidelines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Occasionally required to handle objects up to 30 pounds
- Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes most of the workday
