A Day in the Life

As an Executive Marketing Recruiter at The Keller Group, you'll be both a strategist and a storyteller - using your marketing background and people skills to build lasting connections. You can expect to:

  • Source Creatively & Strategically: Go beyond basic outreach by developing targeted search plans that leverage CRM tools, digital platforms, and relationship-driven networking to build deep pipelines of top technical marketing talent.
  • Craft Messaging that Converts: Design personalized outreach that resonates with both active and passive candidates - tailored to their career goals, skill sets, and the unique value of each client opportunity.
  • Own the Full Recruiting Lifecycle: Lead every step of the process - from talent identification and market mapping, to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding - executing with precision and consistency.
  • Pitch with Market Authority: Confidently position job opportunities by drawing on a strong understanding of client strategy, team dynamics, and industry trends, ensuring candidates see the bigger picture of their potential impact.
  • Drive Research-Backed Decisions: Monitor evolving marketing roles, emerging digital skill sets, and competitive hiring trends to inform recruitment strategy and maintain credibility with both candidates and clients.
  • Champion the Candidate Experience: Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch process built on clear communication, timely feedback, and empathy - leaving every candidate with a positive impression, whether they are hired or not.

  • Discernment & Marketing Expertise: Cuts through the fluff by leveraging deep marketing knowledge to thoroughly vet candidates. Can distinguish between real skill and buzzword-heavy resumes and language, ensuring only top-tier talent moves forward and maintaining credibility with clients and candidates alike.
