What You’ll Do

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing confidential, high-level administrative assistance for the executive team and their direct reports. They may also aid other leaders based on availability and alignment with corporate initiatives.

Our Commitment To You

  • Compensation: $28.55 - $31.70 per hour (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What’s Needed For This Position

  • Associate's Degree in Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant, or Business Management or related job experience.
  • Three years of experience with Administrative Support functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools; highly skilled with computers, tablets, AV systems, and standard office equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain precise attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; upholds high ethical standards and maintains confidentiality.
  • Experience in project coordination, meeting facilitation, minute-taking, and providing executive and board-level support.
  • Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments; applies analytical thinking to solve complex problems and enhance operational processes.
  • Five years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Certifications related to the profession.

Work Schedule and Office Location

  • This is a full-time, hourly position located at Royals Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.
  • Hours generally Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.

Training

  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during the first week of employment. Travel and lodging costs for out-of-town learners are reimbursed.
  • Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values, setting the stage for success within the organization.
